Pointe of Grace Dance Company has taught thousands of students since first opening its doors in 1999. Originally located in the west end of Ottawa, the studio moved to the Stittsville/Kanata area in it’s 4th season. Rapid growth of the company has taken it from humble beginnings with less than 40 students in it’s first year to now over 500 dancers taking class weekly.  In the spring of 2014 Pointe of Grace was awarded the honor of Stittsville Business of the Year.

 

Directors

The company is headed up by two Co-Directors, Amanda Leroux & Carly Sherwin. Both native to the Ottawa area, these long-time best friends have danced and trained all over North America. The directors have a big vision for their company and are proud to be a part of the Stittsville/Kanata community.

 

Our philosophy

Our school mission is “to provide students of all ages with top quality dance instruction in a positive and friendly environment”. We want all of our students to come away from lessons with a love for dance.

To do this we strive to:

• provide a professional & positive atmosphere
• always maintain our buildings and equipment and ensure the facilities are as comfortable and up-to-date as we can make them
• hire qualified teachers that understand the type of students that come to us
• offer convenient choices of class days and times
• provide customer service by offering office staff to assist customers and teachers during teaching hours
